Privacy Policy

Your account

Your email address and sign-in credentials, handled by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and, where they provide it, your name. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, we only ever see Apple's private relay address. We never see or store your password.

Your profile

The display name you choose, an avatar color (not a photo — the app has no profile pictures), an optional handle, and a personal invite code that backs your invite link.

Your circle

Which accounts you're connected to, and whether a connection is pending or accepted.

What you post

Your check-ins and their contents — the place and any detail you typed, the platform and game for a Virtual check-in, how long you'll be around, the free-text note about who's coming, and any note you add — plus who has tapped in, and the text of comments.

Notifications

If you turn them on, an anonymous device token so we can deliver them. It identifies a device, not a person, and is deleted when the device stops accepting notifications.

A few service providers run the infrastructure behind this — sign-in, hosting, and notification delivery. They can use this data only to provide those services, and are contractually held to the same protection this policy describes.

We use your information only to run the app: to sign you in, to show your check-ins to the friends you’ve added, to send you notifications, and to answer you when you contact support. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

We keep your information until you delete it or delete your account. To delete your account — or to access, correct, or exercise any other right over your data — email support@viziality.com from the address on your account, and we’ll honor your request. You can turn notifications off anytime in your device settings.

Out & Over is made for parents and is intended for adults. There are no child accounts and no profiles for children — kids don’t sign in and can’t be added to anyone’s circle — and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The one free-text “who’s coming” field is written by you and shown only to friends who can already see that check-in, so please keep it general (“2 kids” rather than a name or school). If you believe a child has created an account, email support@viziality.com and we’ll remove it.
